Neon Style: NYFW Street Style SS18
Back when I had The Neon Tea Party 1.0, street style posts were my absolute FAVORITE to write. I could not wait until fashion week came around more so to see what everyone was wearing rather than what actually walked down the runways. In recent years, however, I’ve noticed that I haven’t found street style very inspiring anymore. Perhaps because it all seems so repetitive, or maybe it’s because I’m just not that into what fashion folks had been wearing.
Whatever the case, I felt newly inspired after attending Zimmermann’s SS18 show on Monday where I bore witness to endless editors, buyers and bloggers donning truly AWESOME outfits. One person was better dressed than the next and my brain was nearly exploding with inspiration. Ears bedecked with baby hoop earrings and punctuated by a single feminine statement earring; a colorful peasant dress worn over a soft white t-shirt; and the ubiquitous cat eye sunglasses everyone and their mom was rocking. Fashion felt FUN again!
Brimming with a revived love for the creativity of street style, I’m excited to bring you a round-up of my favorite off-the-runways trends from this past New York Fashion Week. Enjoy!

This was great. I may not be able to wear alot of it, but it was inspiring and added some ideas to my second hand clothing shopping.
Thanks
I’m so glad, Crystal! Thank you for sharing!
