Shipping and Returns
Shipping during the COVID-19 pandemic:
Due to limited staffing capabilities caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, we thank you in advance for allowing 2-3 business days for your order to be processed.
Additionally, the United States Postal Service is experiencing shipping delays across the US. 2-3 Day Priority Mail is temporarily delayed by one day to 3-4 Day Mail, respectively. Longer delays are occasionally occurring as well. More information is available here and here.
If you are concerned about a delayed order, please check your tracking number emailed to you in your Shipping Confirmation email. If you have not received your order after 14 days, please let us know by filling out the contact form here.

The Neon Tea Party ships all orders via United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping cost varies and is based on the volume of the items ordered and the location to which the order is being shipped. If there is a significant shipping price discrepancy in the customer's favor, The Neon Tea Party will refund customer the price difference and notify the customer.
The Neon Tea Party currently ships internationally to the following countries: Canada, UK, EU, Mexico, Israel, Argentina and Australia. If you are an international customer and your country is unavailable for shipping at checkout, please notify us via our contact form and we'll do our best to update our system to allow shipping to your country.
Domestic orders are shipped via Priority Mail 2-3 Day Shipping, unless Express 1-Day shipping is selected at checkout. Transit time varies for International shipping.
You will receive a USPS tracking number via email upon your order shipping. If you are in need of tracking information, please check your email for a shipping notification with this information. If you have not received a tracking number, your order is still being processed.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order. If you are dissatisfied with your item, contact us for return authorization and instructions. Customer is responsible for shipping their return. Local returns can be dropped off at our New York City headquarters (address upon request).
If your order is incorrect...
In the rare case an item is missing from your order or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us and provide your order number and the item(s) missing. We will work with you to resolve the issue by refunding missing items and/or shipping missing/incorrect items to you.
